We will oversee almost any size project and be your project manager to ensure quality and that we are getting things accomplished on time and to our standard.
Housekeeping
We will ensure the house has been cleaned before and after you or your guests stay.
Prior to your arrival, the house will be freshened, and the patio or pool area prepared for use. Upon your departure the laundry will be completed, trash emptied, house cleaned and ready for your next stay.
We also offer organization and project housekeeping. For example—cleaning out the garage, or reorganizing storage areas, closets, etc., or cleaning after renovations have been done.
Shopping and Errands
Halcyon will make sure the house is stocked with all your favorites. We will do the grocery shopping, pick up the dry cleaning, and have your car waiting at the airport. We are more than happy to prepare the house for any occasion, a romantic weekend away, or a fun family vacation complete with meals and a list of experienced babysitters. If you have a 4 legged friend we offer pet sitting services.
Emergency Response
If you own a home along the South Carolina coast, the chance of a major storm event is possible. Halcyon will be your storm prep and response professionals. Your shutters will be fastened, patio furniture secured, and all other precautions taken to ensure the safety of your home. We will send updates of the status of your home via email. After the storm, your property will be inspected, and you will be updated on your home’s condition. All necessary steps will be taken per your instructions.
